Snagging Support
Collard & Co offer a snagging support service. This can be added to an existing appointment or a standalone service. This is designed to collate, compile and manage the snagging items which can delay project handover or lead to problems with commissioning and technical completion further down the line.
Collard & Co will provide an embedded engineer to work with the wider project team, tracking managing and presenting snagging items, project documentation and compliance checks as project looks towards completion.
Generally the earlier we are engaged on this service the greater the value we can offer in ensuring that snags are delt with before contractor packages are finished, and that documentation is created as the project progresses rather than being a fight after work has been completed.
