The Dava moor is a high pass which acts as the gateway to Speyside, it lends its name to our internal Smart Site system, which similarly acts as a gateway to our operational site and project data. It provides real time data giving meaningful insights into our operations and your projects.
Site Attendance Management
Dava is our site attendance register, where its predictive AI speeds up the signing in process by automatically identifying returning staff members, and populating known information about them. Accurate site attendance information in terms of individuals attending and hours worked can then be provided to the client.
Hazard notification
Dava has functionality to deliver a customisable warning notification before it will allow an individual to sign in, useful for warning about current site conditions or high-risk operations. This is saved with the sign-in data providing an audit trail demonstrating which message was displayed to any particular individual on site.
Emergency Roll Call notification
Because Dava knows who’s on site at all times, it can generate an accurate roll call in the event of an emergency. Our technology allows all project stakeholders to be alerted to an evacuation instantly, and allows the fire marshal to check off individuals as they are accounted for. In a real emergency, this yields accurate data about unaccounted-for persons, and in a drill situation the system measures time elapsed between the activation and the time individuals are marked safe, creating an audit trail of the evacuation.
Site Induction
The system provides a platform for ensuring that all individuals attending site have the appropriate level of site induction and other mandatory training. It even provides a platform for delivering such training remotely, removing potential bottlenecks when new contractors attend site.
Recording and reporting
Transparency is a key tenant of Collard & Company ethos and so our tools are designed to facilitate unbeatable reporting of project key performance indicators. An analysis of project data is provided as part of the completion process, allowing for comparison with similar projects and identification of opportunities for improvement.
